The Independent @ Home Program offers all Community Members the following recruitment assistance services:

  • PA Portal: To help Community Members find new Personal Assistants, the Independent at Home Program maintains an online database. Both Community Member’s and Personal Assistants can find help or work in their area. You will can create a profile that addresses your unique needs and view local Personal Assistants who have been screened by the Independent at Home Program. This gives you a peace of mind knowing that each Personal Assistant in the database have already passed a criminal background check and a drug screening.
  • Personalized Support: The Independent @ Home Program is committed to ensuring that you receive the unique support that you need to direct your care. We offer various training on recruiting, hiring, training, and supervising. It is our goal to assist you in any way possible to ensure that you receive the care that you deserve.
